Sie erhalten eine RA-Nummer und per E-Mail Anweisungen, wie Sie Ihre Rückgabe abschließen können.
Online erworbene Artikel von Herschel Supply (außer Werbe- und Sale-Artikel) können innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab dem Kaufdatum gegen eine vollständige Rückerstattung in Höhe des Kaufpreises, ausgenommen Versandkosten, zurückgegeben werden. Nur unbenutzte, ungewaschene und mit dem Originaletikett versehene Artikel können zurückgegeben werden. Der Zustand der Ware liegt im Ermessen von Herschel Supply.
Nach Eingang Ihrer zurückgegebenen Ware in unserem Lager wird Ihnen innerhalb von 10 bis 14 Werktagen von Herschel Supply eine Rückerstattung in Höhe des Kaufpreises für den Artikel gewährt.
